Return & Refund Policy

At Angry Girls, we want you to love what you wear! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


Returns Eligibility

You can return a product if:

  • It is returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging.

  • It is not from our non-returnable category (see below).


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Innerwear, accessories, and hygiene-sensitive items

  • Discounted or clearance sale items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Damaged items reported after 7 days


🔄 How to Return

  1. Initiate a return request through your account or email us at support@angrygirls.com with your order ID.

  2. Our team will schedule a pickup (available in selected areas) or guide you for self-shipping.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you via email.


💰 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or as store credit (if chosen).

  • For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.


🔁 Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you'd like a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.


⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Product Received?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@angrygirls.com.

  • Share your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange a free return or replacement at the earliest.
