4. Shipping & Delivery

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Return pickup is available in selected pin codes. Otherwise, you may need to self-ship.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after item inspection.

Note: Innerwear, sale items, and personalized products are non-returnable.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order or before shipment.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In that case, please use the return option after delivery.
